Terms & Conditions

We offer personality development training, executive coaching, life coaching for women, kids personality development and confidence building, public speaking clubs, Train the Trainer certification, Heal Your Life® workshops, corporate training and motivational speaking. Sessions are delivered live online (for example, on Zoom) unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Programme details, duration, schedule and fees are shared with you directly after an enquiry or a demo or consultation session. Fees are not published on the Website.

• You must be 18 or older to book Services for yourself.
• Programmes for children and teens under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
• Your enrolment is confirmed once the agreed fee is received and we confirm your schedule in writing (by WhatsApp or email).

• Fees must be paid in advance, in full or as per the instalment plan agreed in writing.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, UPI or any other method we confirm. International clients pay in the currency we agree.
• Bank charges, currency conversion charges and applicable taxes are the client's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• We may revise fees for future enrolments. Fees already paid for a confirmed programme will not change.

• Sessions are scheduled at mutually agreed times, taking your time zone into account.
• Please join on time. If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
• You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a working device with camera and microphone, and a quiet space. For children, a parent or guardian should make sure the child is ready on time.
• Rescheduling, missed sessions and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We expect respectful behaviour in every session, including group sessions and public speaking clubs. We may suspend or end participation, without refund, for abusive, disruptive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour, or for sharing other participants' personal information.

• Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot or share any session without our written permission.
• We keep what you share in sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or needed to protect someone's safety.
• In group sessions, all participants are expected to respect the privacy of others.

All content on the Website and all programme material, including worksheets, frameworks, presentations, videos, curricula and assessments, belong to Sujata Mukherjee and Study Group Global, unless credited otherwise. They are for your personal use only. You may not copy, sell, share, teach or publish them without our written permission.

Heal Your Life® is a registered trademark of Hay House, Inc. and is used under an approved workshop leader licence.

Where a programme includes a certificate, it is issued only after the participant completes the required sessions, attendance and assessments.

Coaching and training results depend on each person's effort, practice and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, such as exam results, admissions, jobs, promotions or income. Please also read our Disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the Service concerned. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platforms or events beyond our control.

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, change or remove any part of the Website at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal. We will always try to resolve any concern amicably first, so please contact us.
