Refund & Cancellation Policy

Demo and observation sessions

Where a free demo, observation or clarity session is offered, it carries no fee and no obligation. You decide whether to enrol after it.

Rescheduling a session

• You may reschedule a one-on-one session by informing us on WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are treated as completed.
• Rescheduled sessions must be used within the programme's validity period, which is shared at enrolment.
• In genuine emergencies, such as illness or a family emergency, we will try to help at our discretion.

Group sessions, clubs and workshops

• Group sessions, public speaking clubs and workshops run on fixed dates. Sessions you miss cannot be rescheduled individually and are not refunded.
• Where possible, we may allow you to join a later batch of the same programme, at our discretion and subject to availability.

Consultations

A paid consultation slot can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. The fee is not refundable once the slot is confirmed.

If we cancel or reschedule

• If we need to reschedule a session, we will inform you as early as possible and offer a new time.
• If we cancel a programme or workshop and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, you will receive a full refund for the sessions not delivered.

Ending a programme early

If you choose to stop a programme midway, the remaining fee is not refunded. You may, at our discretion, be allowed to use the remaining sessions later within the validity period.

How refunds are paid

Where a refund applies under this policy, it will be made to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Bank charges, payment gateway charges and currency conversion differences are not refundable.
