Who can join the Train the Trainer programme?
Aspiring trainers, teachers and educators, coaches, counsellors, parents, HR and L&D professionals, and anyone who wants to build a career in personality development training. No prior training experience is required for Level 1.
Is Train the Trainer available online worldwide?
Yes. The programme is live and online. One-to-one mentoring is available, and online group sessions are available with details on request. Join from anywhere in India or worldwide across time zones. The Zoom Clarity Call is free.
How long does Level 1 take?
The one-to-one Level 1 pathway has eight live mentoring modules followed by a certification evaluation. Group-session details and schedules are available on request.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After a live presentation and a full trainer evaluation, successful trainers are certified as a Personality Development & Communication Skills (PDCS) Foundation Coach.
Do I get training materials to use with my own students?
Yes. Certified trainers receive a complete trainer kit including a Trainer's Guide, Student Workbook, 50 games, 50 activities, presentation decks, templates, journals and facilitation scripts.
Which age groups will I be trained to coach?
The method covers three age groups: Little Champs (6+ to 9 years), Budding Leaders (9+ to 12 years) and Dynamic Teens (13 to 18 years).
What are the fees?
